We do whatever it takes to address your needs and solve your problems to help you and your library move forward. We are available to work with you on-site or remotely, of which rates and overall costs are less.

When we submit a cost estimate, our price never increases unless you change the scope of the work. Expenses are billed at cost plus a 10% administrative fee.
